Fly Vision will be very good competitor to Beetel Magiq, the features and specification looks almost same in both Vision and magiq. both have 3G and calling features,
however camera in Magiq is slightly  less in  Mega Pixel, where as processor is higher i.e 1GHz.
Dual camera, huge internal memory also if you buy Beetel tablet with Airtel you get some data usage free.
price of Beetel magiq is 8,999 Rs, but Fly vision tablet is available at just 7,299 difference in price between Fly vision and Beetel Magiq is just 1800 Rs.

If you take a look at Akash, it was introduced few days back. its the cheapest tablet available in market. It will be sold at approx 35USD for students but for others at double the price i.e 70USD i.e 4500 Rs approx.

There is a huge difference b/w both tablet, have a look at the comparison of Akash and Fly vision tablet.
