Yes, There is one called twitterfeed. Using twitterfeed you can automatically post your blog posts on twitter & Facebook.For this all you require is the feed of your Blog. Once setup is made by providing Blog feed, automatically your blog posts get posted on Twitter and Facebook.
Setting up of twitterfeed account.
1)Sign up to twitterfeed.com
2)Enter your blog feed name (Appears as your name in twitterfeed dashboard), blog URL & click on Test RSS feed.
3)You will get a confirmation once feed is parsed,click on active button
4)In advanced settings you will find more information about updating frequency, URL shorter service provider & many more..
5)Then continue to step2, on the top blog RSS URL will appear.click on the service you want to automate. Here i will provide the example of twitter. repeat the same operation for other services.
Authenticate twitter account using your twitter username & password. later click on create service to create twitter service.
On Dashboard you will see active service name. similarly again click on create new feed, repeat the same step but this time choose Facebook service in second step. then authenticate your Facebook account, thats it!!
start posting the contents in blog, your blog posts gets updated every half hour once. you can change the frequency of check in twitterfeed. by default twitterfeed checks your feed 30 min once.
